The short version

Cancel or reschedule 24 hours or more before your start time and there's no charge. Inside 24 hours, we'll do our best to move you — but the bay is held for you, so a fee may apply. No-shows are charged in full.

1. Cancellation window

Reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid a fee. The same 24-hour window applies to rescheduling.

2. How to cancel

• Online: use the cancellation link in your booking confirmation, or visit theninegolflounge.com/book-online.
• By phone: call 802-497-0502 during business hours — Wednesday through Sunday, 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. We're closed Monday and Tuesday.
• In person: stop by 1205 Airport Parkway, South Burlington, VT 05403.

3. Fees

• 24 hours or more before start time: no fee. Full refund or reschedule, your choice.
• Less than 24 hours before start time: we'll reschedule where we can. If we can't fill the bay, a fee of up to 50% of the booking may apply.
• No-show: the full booking amount is charged.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Gift card and Yards Card balances are returned to the card rather than refunded to cash.

5. Rescheduling

Rescheduling 24 hours or more ahead is free and unlimited. Inside 24 hours, a reschedule is treated as a cancellation and Section 3 applies.

6. Private events, leagues, and large parties

Bookings that reserve multiple bays, the lounge, or a private event package carry their own deposit and cancellation terms, set out in your event agreement. Those terms take precedence over this page.

7. Weather, illness, and the unexpected

We're indoors, so the weather rarely stops us — but life happens. If something comes up, call 802-497-0502 or email theninegolflounge@gmail.com and talk to us. We handle these case by case and we'd rather see you another day than charge you for one you couldn't use.

8. If we cancel

If we have to cancel your reservation — equipment down, a facility issue, anything on our end — you get a full refund or a reschedule at no charge, whichever you prefer.
