These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our golf simulator and related services (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
2.1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
2.2. Reservations
Reservations are recommended to ensure availability. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
2.3. Code of Conduct
We expect all guests to behave respectfully towards staff and other patrons. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of your session without a refund.
2.4. Equipment
Guests are responsible for the proper use of all equipment. Any damage to equipment caused by misuse will be the responsibility of the guest and may incur repair or replacement costs.
3.1. Pricing
Prices for our services are as stated on our website or in our facility and are subject to change without notice.
3.2. Payments
All payments must be made in full at the time of booking or before using our services. We accept cash, credit, and debit cards.
3.3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled and no-shows will not be refunded.
4.1. Assumption of Risk
By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with golf simulation and related activities, including but not limited to, physical injury or property damage.
4.2. Waiver of Liability
We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from your use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
4.3. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us, our owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services.
5.1. Personal Information
We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State where our services are located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
